Home builders then track and respond to requests and/or set pricing, while providing the home owner the option to accept or reject the final changes. A Communication Log allows the builder to track decisions, providing optimal customer satisfaction.

Home owners may also use the Customer Portal to submit warranty requests. With the HomeDev Pro™ Warranty solution, builders are better able to track requests, set appointments and manage the entire customer service and warranty process. The Customer Portal also supports tracking communication with the home buyer, and enables uploading of attachments such as photos and scanned signed contracts for overall increased efficiency.
